TRANSFER CONVEYOR FOR CONFECTIONERY INDUSTRY

PURPOSE:

The proposed conveyor is intended for confectionery factories for the production of biscuits and cakes and serves to transfer the existing, but raw semi-finished products of these products to the oven conveyor.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

The developed conveyor provides fast feeding of a batch of semi-finished products up to 450 mm wide and up to 450 mm long.

RECOMMENDED FIELD OF APPLICATION:

At domestic enterprises of the confectionery industry for reloading formed semi-finished products onto the oven conveyor.

ADVANTAGES:

In comparison with known conveyors of similar purpose and productivity, the proposed development has smaller dimensions, a simpler, more reliable and significantly cheaper design, since the main part of the conveyor parts is made of rolled sheet and tube products, and the electric motor, gearbox, bearings, fasteners and guides are standardized.

DESCRIPTION:

The drive for continuous rotation of the conveyor belt is provided by a three-phase asynchronous motor with a power of 0.12 kW and a nominal shaft speed of 3000 rpm, as well as a two-stage worm gear with a gear ratio of 272. The belt drives to transfer the rotation to the conveyor drive shaft. The peripheral speed of rotation of the shaft is 1.7 m / min. With a similar speed in the longitudinal direction along with the rolling guides, the conveyor frame moves with four rollers and with the middle and lower belt branches stretched on them. The drive of these movements is carried out from a pneumatic cylinder operating from a general workshop pneumatic system with a nominal pressure of 0.5 MPa. Thus, when the frame is moved back, the products are transferred from the upper inclined section of the belt to the oven conveyor.
