PURPOSE:
A substance that is used to prepare before harvesting on rapeseed, peas, soy, mustard, lupine and other crops, in order to prevent losses caused by various kinds of atmospheric phenomena and harvesting equipment.
DESCRIPTION:
After processing under the influence of daylight for one hour forms a biopolymer film that prevents moisture from entering the pods and does not prevent it from evaporating. Due to this, the pod does not warp from moisture changes and does not crack.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

ADVANTAGES:
Treated crops ripen simultaneously and evenly. In the event of crop failures due to adverse weather conditions or problems with equipment, the losses will be much less. Pod opening is a natural process; all known hybrids are more or less susceptible to cracking and eruption. The humidity of the seeds during harvesting is reduced to a minimum level (7-8%), in contrast to untreated crops (9-12%), which can save additional money on drying.

TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC EFFECT:
Losslessly cultivated crops can be harvested without waiting for evening time and humidity increase, as advised in the recommendations for growing rapeseed. In 2016, the farmers who used the Contact gluer received an income of UAH 2500-5000 per hectare at a total cost of UAH 300/ha. On average, each farmer who used the gluer additionally earned about UAH 3000 per hectare.
