PURPOSE:
The enzyme immunoassay test systems were developed using the obtained monoclonal antibodies highly specific for human fibrin and D-dimer, respectively, in the composition of an immunosorbent. The principle of the analysis is based on a bisite enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay with signal amplification due to the formation of a biotin-streptavidin-peroxidase complex. The absence of a cross-reaction of monoclonal antibodies that make up the immunosorbent with fibrinogen and other proteins of the blood coagulation system provides a high specificity of the test systems. Approved: in the leading clinics of Ukraine and received positive reviews and recommendations from a number of famous professors of these clinics. State registration received.
