PURPOSE:
To protect the working surfaces of equipment of all links of the chemical water treatment system in contact with liquid and gaseous aggressive media.
DESCRIPTION:
The developed multilayer coating is formed from several functionally different polymeric materials, applied in a certain sequence, with certain time intervals between the layers. Moreover, each layer has its own functional purpose, which made it possible to solve the problems of obtaining a composite polymer film that combines the properties of polyurethane (elasticity, moisture resistance and chemical resistance) with high strength characteristics of epoxy materials. Due to the fact that the modified basic constituent of each of the materials used is the same, interlayer chemical crosslinking occurs, which leads to an increase in the cohesive strength between the layers and, as a consequence, the loss of the ability to delaminate the polymer coating. Manufacturing, warranty service, as well as training of personnel to perform coating work is carried out on request.

ADVANTAGES:
Increased chemical resistance with high moisture resistance, elasticity and high mechanical strength, maintainability. The durability of such a coating is more than ten years higher than epoxy and is 12-15 years.
