DESCRIPTION:
In the general case, the frame of a non-cantilever-non-drip-bezel-less structural system consists of vertical multi-tiered columns without protruding supporting parts, floor slabs and elms. At its core, the system is a reinforced concrete floor that is directly connected to the columns through progressive solutions of their joints. Improvement of the system is that due to the introduction of solid reinforced concrete diaphragms of stiffness and foundations for them, it became possible to significantly reduce the vertical load on the columns of the lower floors and, thereby, in buildings built using such a system, to increase the number of floors from 12 to 16.
ADVANTAGES:
Compared to the structural systems “Delta”, “SCOP PPB”, “Dycore”, “Sochi”, “Arkos”, “Kazan XXI century”, “RADIUSS”, “UDS” and “Recon”, the system frame system differs in the smallest thickness reinforced concrete floor (160 mm), while it is absolutely flat due to the absence of crossbars and capitals, which is a significant advantage when developing the interior design of buildings for both residential and public purposes. The main advantages of the system: free space-planning solution; flat overlap; low costs of construction materials; the element base of the frame has a simple geometric shape and a minimum of standard sizes; when installing the frame, a minimum of monolithing work is performed.
TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC EFFECT:
The construction speed of buildings is increased by 50%; the cost of 1 m2 of housing is reduced by 40% compared to buildings erected using traditional wall and frame structural systems.
