PURPOSE:
The machine is designed to implement the process of fine grinding of bulk materials.
DESCRIPTION:
During the electric motor is turned on, the torque is transmitted through the elastic coupling to the drive shaft with unbalances, due to the rotation of which, in the rigidly placed traverses, a combined power and moment imbalance of the grinding chamber, made of cylindrical containers and a transition pipe, which are filled with technological filler and form a helical grinding chamber, occurs. The processed material is continuously fed through the loading nozzle and, being crushed due to the force action of the technological filler, is actively transported along a helical trajectory by the nozzle to the unloading from the vibration mill. The oscillating motion of such a grinding chamber of the mill can significantly increase the force effect of the technological filler and the speed of transport of the processed material and, as a consequence, increase the productivity and quality of the specified process.
