Purpose: Scope of implementation – new materials and technologies for the renovation of long-term building structures.
Description: Formulations of polyurethane and polyurethane-organosilicon two-component injection materials of “cold” hardening have been developed, Technical conditions for “Composition Techno-PUR” have been approved and a certificate of conformity has been obtained. The technology of pilot industrial production of polymer injection materials has been developed and tested. Pilot batches of polyurethane and polyurethane-organosilicon injection materials have been produced, which have been tested at the enterprises of the Fuel and Energy Complex and the Ministry of Regional Development and Construction of Ukraine. As a result of the repair work, the operational characteristics of industrial reinforced concrete structures were restored.
Problems solved by development:
- restoration of the strength and efficiency of the brick chimney of the boiler house in the city of Zhytomyr;
- repair work in the damaged sewer on the street Gorodotskaya in Lvov;
- restoration of the working capacity of the reinforced concrete retaining wall of the State Enterprise National Center for Business and Cultural Cooperation “Ukrainian House” from the side of Vladimirska Gorka.
Advantages: There are no domestic analogues.
Estimated development cost: The planned investment volume is 100,000-200,000 dollars.
Development readiness stage: Ready for implementation.
