DESCRIPTION:
The deep loosening agent of local action includes a slot cutter, the working body of which consists of a drainer, to which a self-wrapping cutter is attached. The cutter itself consists of a cylindrical body, to which destructive elements are rigidly attached. Each destructive element is made in the form of a helical surface, the step of which increases in the direction opposite to the direction of movement by an amount determined by the angle between the tangents at the initial and final points of the surface sweep. The movement of a self-wrapping cutter during its operation is complex: the cutter moves progressively along with the entire structure at the speed of the base machine, and at the same time rotates in the soil at a certain angular speed, which depends on its structural geometric parameters.

- The created deep loosening agent is efficient at any given depth in soils of I-III categories. The destruction of the soil by a loosening agent is carried out when a gap is formed with a split knife, followed by the formation of a hole by compaction of the soil with a drainer within 1.3-1.5 of the diameter of the latter. After loosening the soil with a cutter, in a newly structured form it is contained within the body of rotation of the cutter.
- The rational angles of action of the destructive elements of the self-wrapping cutter are 65-75 degrees.
