Description:
They are based on dissolving prepared copper shavings in nitrate acid, followed by evaporation and cooling of the solution and separation of Cu (NO3) 2 · 3H2O. The resulting product contains at least 98.3 and 98.7% Cu (NO3) 2. It can be used to obtain copper-containing catalysts, high-purity CuO, as a fungicide, for etching fabrics before painting, for bronzing, for the manufacture of mineral paints, enamels, etc.
