A method for determining color thresholds in young children, which consists in conducting an ophthalmological examination of a child, a study of visual functions, characterized in that the contrast sensitivity of the child is determined and, using specially designed test elements, from 1 to 30, which are made in the form of easily recognizable and geometric shapes in Depending on the number and color of the test element chosen by the child, the color threshold is determined. The method can be used in the work of ophthalmological rooms and departments for diagnosis in children.
