On April 19, 2023, applications for the competition for fintech startups Visa Everywhere Initiative 2023 (VEI) opened in Ukraine. Teams wishing to take part in it can be submitted online.
About the contest
This is a global competition for startups working in finance, payments and commerce. The winners are promised prizes ranging from $10,000 to $50,000, as well as access to a network of Visa partners in the banking, retail, venture and public sectors. Applications can be submitted until May 14, 2023.
The Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA) final will be streamed live on TechCrunch on July 27, 2023. The winning startup at the regional stage of the competition will take part in the global finals, which will be held on September 19, 2023 at the TechCrunch Disrupt conference in San Francisco.
