On October 18–19, 2023, the International Conference of Young Scientists “Scientific Basis for the Conservation of Biotic Diversity” will be held at the Institute of Ecology of the Carpathians of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Lviv).
Organizers: Institute of Ecology of the Carpathians of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine (Council of Young Scientists), Rzeszow University (Rzeszow, Poland), Lviv branch of the Ukrainian Botanical Society.
Students, graduate students and young scientists are invited to participate in the event.
The conference will discuss the results of original research and theoretical generalizations in the following areas:
1. Conservation of biodiversity;
2. Biodiversity management in protected areas;
3. Biomonitoring of the state of the natural environment.
Conference format: full-time participation, remote (on-line) and correspondence (publication of materials).
Participation in the conference is free.
Conference languages: Ukrainian, English, Polish.
To participate in the conference, it is necessary to send a participant’s application and abstracts of the report before September 20.

Key dates:
Preliminary registration of participants and submission of abstracts – until September 20, 2023.
Notification of acceptance of materials – until September 25, 2023.
