In the fall of 2023, within the framework of the FIT-4-NMP project of the Horizon 2020 program, three interactive workshops on technology transfer will be held.
Seminars will be held monthly: September 18-19 in Bucharest, October 26-27 in Bratislava and late November in Warsaw. The seminars are intended for those responsible for establishing cooperation between scientific organizations and industry, who wish to expand their skills and deepen their knowledge about the features of this cooperation and the implementation of research and development results into production.
The purpose of training:
- Provide a broad overview of the tasks performed by Technology/Knowledge Transfer Offices T/KTOs;
- Present the main results of the work of KTO/TTO;
- Provide basic information about patenting and evaluation of patents, as well as the licensing process;
- Present elementary tools for working with inventions, inventors, licensees, founders and potential cooperation partners;
- Provide information on the creation of a company for the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements, including wide opportunities for its financing;
- Establishing communication and cooperation between scientific and industrial circles;
- Expectations management.
All participants will receive a Certificate of Attendance stating the points earned during the training, which can be used in the application process for becoming a Registered Technology Transfer Specialist (RTTP). RTTP is the international professional standard for technology transfer and knowledge commercialization professionals working in universities, industry and government.
Talented newcomers FIT-4-NMP and partners of the FIT-4-NMP consortium registered in the project database are allowed to participate in the seminar. In order to register as a talented newcomer FIT-4-NMP, you must fill out the appropriate form on the project website https://www.fit-4-nmp.eu/newcomers-engaged or send a corresponding request to s.lev@ nas.gov.ua.

Within the framework of the FIT-4-NMP project, grants for travel and accommodation are provided for the participants of the seminar from Ukraine.
