Within the framework of the DT4UA project funded by the European Union, the Estonian e-Governance Academy announces a tender for the development of software for the Action portal. The winner must create additional functionality for electronic services in the field of state registration of acts of civil status.
Last year, a number of services in this area were digitized: obtaining copies of birth and death certificates; name change; applying for online marriage registration, etc. After the active use of services, it became necessary to develop additional functionality. To make services more accessible and better.
The winning bidder must:
- Develop a program that will provide integration with the Unified State Demographic Register (USDR) when applying for marriage online.
- Create an application programming interface (API) that will provide an automated exchange of reference books on Extract from the State Register of Civil Status of Citizens.
- Expand forms and exchange protocols for duplicates and lifts.
- Create an integration service for data exchange on EGDR using Trembit.
