On November 16-17, 2023, the Sixth Interactive Seminar on Technology Transfer in Bialystok, Poland, within the framework of the FIT-4-NMP project of the Horizon 2020 program will be held.
This seminar is intended for those responsible for establishing cooperation between scientific organizations and industry, who want to expand skills and deepen knowledge about the features of cooperation between academia and industry, and the implementation of the results of scientific research and development in production.
The purpose of training
- Provide a broad overview of the tasks performed by technology/knowledge transfer specialists and offices (Technology/Knowledge Transfer Offices TTO/KTO);
- Present the main results of the work of TTO/KTO;
- Provide basic information about patenting and patent evaluation, as well as the licensing process;
- Provide basic tools for working with inventions, inventors, licensees, founders and potential cooperation partners;
- Provide useful information about setting up a company to commercialize scientific and technological advances, including information about a wide range of financing opportunities;
- Teach how to establish communications and cooperation between scientific and industrial communities;
- Demonstrate techniques for managing expectations.
Within the framework of the FIT-4-NMP project, grants for travel and accommodation are provided for seminar participants from Ukraine.
