Description. As a result of the research, a mathematical model and methods for constructing a hardware and software complex within the framework of WBAN technology were developed. An algorithm for the operation of the complex has been developed. The mathematical apparatus of a multidimensional approach to processing monitoring data from the standpoint of the theory of pattern recognition and new methods of computer visualization of data has been developed and tested. Methods of traditional computer processing of monitoring data have been improved based on modern methods of singular spectral analysis, analysis of principal components, variability descriptors, Poincaré plots, using modern computer mathematics systems Maple 2021. Poincaré. The result of this analysis was the identification of self-regulation of the patient’s cardiovascular system, with this effect reflected in the short- and long-term variability of the data sets. A moderate, but statistically significant, direct correlation was found between blood pressure and heart rate. Computer processing of home blood pressure monitoring readings has diagnostic value. For the first time, the singular spectral analysis (SSA) method was used for computer processing of home blood pressure monitoring (HBPM), and the advantages of the method in operation were shown.
