A conference within the framework of the Marie Skłodowska-Curie Action (MSCA) program will take place in Belgium on April 18 and 19. It will explore different career paths for researchers. The event will take place in Mons (Bergen) at the Walloon Convention Centre. The conference program can be found here.
During the two days of the conference, speakers, each an expert in their field, will share knowledge and experience (information about speakers). The purpose of the event is to create a fertile ground for productive discussions between researchers, representatives of the public and private sectors, policy makers and all stakeholders who play a role in one way or another in the careers of researchers.
The conference will feature keynote presentations, discussions and side sessions aimed at facilitating dialogue between researchers, employers across sectors, policy makers and those interested in the topic of research careers. Please note that on April 19, the event program includes a part of the speeches on “Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions” specifically for Ukrainian scientists.
During the networking event, those attending will be able to connect with researchers, universities, research institutions, businesses, SMEs, governments, civil society organizations and other socio-economic actors from across Europe.
On the second day of the conference there will be a special session. You can also register for the session using this link.
Organized by the Walloon Region, the Walloon-Brussels Federation, the Flemish Government (EWI) and BELSPO in partnership with the European Commission, the conference is a unique opportunity to make a common contribution to the development of the European Research Area (ERA).
