Advantages. The technology of supporting mine workings and the selective technology of mining are characterized by a reduced mining cycle time, relatively low labor intensity of backfilling work, simplified management of the process of unloading rock into the produced longwall space and the safety of mining operations.

The use of the proposed technology ensures savings in material resources (reduction of metal consumption by up to 30%, release of 2 – 3 mining workers (fasteners) at the site, which will save labor resources. Conditions for increasing labor safety will allow you to receive an additional 10 – 15 thousand UAH per 1 linear meter ., and the number of workings in just one coal mine is more than 100 km.

The technology includes the construction of low-material-intensive fastening systems for underground structures to achieve a new level of resource saving (by reducing the type of special profile and the number of anchors) and safety of work during the intensification of underground mining (the design allows increasing the stability of production), as well as improving the method of extracting minerals (mining clean coal), which will make it possible to control the technology in a continuous process, reduce the duration of the mining cycle and thereby significantly increase production performance and the level of safety of work in the longwall, especially during the complicated mining of thin and very thin coal seams.
