Eight Ukrainian startups will be selected to participate in the TechChill conference, one of the largest Baltic technology events. This year, the Ukrainian delegation will be represented for the first time at TechChill, which will take place from April 17 to 19 in Riga.
Every year, this conference is attended by more than 2,000 people from all over the world to partner or show their product to top international investors. The event brings together entrepreneurs, investors and tech enthusiasts to discuss the latest trends, innovations and opportunities in the technology industry.
Requirements for startups:
- Registration in Ukraine and positioning as a Ukrainian startup.
- A working sample has been developed.
- Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 5 or higher.
- High market potential – readiness to attract investments or implement pilot projects.

The participation of the Ukrainian delegation is organized by the Ministry of Digital Development together with the Ukrainian Startup Fund, YEP Accelerator, Startup Wise Guys and Techosystem with the support of the Western NIS Enterprise Fund, the EBRD in partnership with Seeds of Bravery and Advantage Ukraine.
Previously, a training program called UME UP | Startup Experience`24. Its goal: to provide practical support, motivation and knowledge to 30 Ukrainian startups to help them develop their innovative projects and make them more effective.
