We invite you to attend Daria Kim’s seminar “Policy Instruments for Technology Transfer – EU Perspective”, which is conducted by the KAU Analytical Center (Open Innovation Laboratory) together with TISC KAU.

The seminar will examine the most important aspects of technology transfer in the context of innovation, innovation policy and economic development in the European Union.
Questions for consideration:
- key areas of the regulatory framework, in particular on technology transfer,
- intellectual property, contract law, competition law,
- market access regulations for specific sectors (sector-specific marketing authorization regulations).
Participants will gain insight into policy developments in this area within the EU, taking into account the international context.
