The purpose of the event is to unite representatives of the Ukrainian and international scientific community to discuss the realities and prospects for the development of science in Ukraine, ways of integrating Ukraine into the global research space, as well as support tools within the framework of the Horizon Europe Program.

- 14:00-14:30 – congratulatory speeches by representatives of the European Commission, the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine and the National Research Foundation of Ukraine.
- 14:30-15:00 – Panel discussion “Realities and prospects for the development of science in Ukraine.”
- 15:00-16:00 – Session “Integration of Ukraine into the European and global research spaces.”
- 16:00-17:00 – Session “Synergy of European Programs”.
