Purpose. The rotating vibratory granulator is designed to disperse the melt of nitrogen fertilizers into uniform drops in the granulation tower, with their subsequent cooling and crystallization into solid granules during free fall in an ascending flow of cold air.
Technical properties. Main characteristics: – granulator capacity for melt – 10-100 t/hour; – granulating substance – ammonium nitrate, urea, etc.; – basket rotation frequency – 35-150 rpm; – melt cutting torch diameter – 4-15 m.
Scope. Can be used in the chemical industry.
Advantages. The granulator provides the following advantages over other types of granulators: – high operational reliability; – obtaining uniform granules with the ability to adjust their average size; – reduced product sticking to the towers; – reduced dust formation; -increase in the agrotechnical value of fertilizers.
Description. The rotating vibratory granulator is a system of compactly located main and auxiliary equipment, pipelines. The use of the monodispersion process introduces a fundamental improvement in the technology of obtaining fertilizers.
