On January 10, 2020, a working meeting was held at the Ukrainian Institute of Scientific and Technical Expertise and Information to disseminate information on the German industrial development project Industrie 4.0.
The meeting was attended by the Institute’s staff, UNIDO project representatives in Ukraine and the Ukrainian Fit for Partnership with Germany Partnership Platform.
The following issues were discussed:
- – the place and role of the German industrial development platform Industrie 4.0. in the overall system of development of the world economy, its features and advantages (the platform was presented by the German business to the Government of Germany during the Hanover Fair in 2013);
- – influence 4.0 on prospects of development of economy of Ukraine;
- – necessary steps of the Ukrainian business society and scientific environment to create the prerequisites for the development of a national industrial development program;
- – opportunities for promoting 4.0 and disseminating project information, the first common steps in this direction.
Agreements have been reached on the preparation of joint actions, joint activities and discussion at the next meeting, which is scheduled to take place by the end of January 2020..
