Development of technology and diagnostic equipment, low-frequency electromagnetic therapy and high-frequency electrosurgery to equip stationary and mobile medical centers. For use in near field conditions.
A new method is proposed for determining signs of the functioning of the cardiovascular and central nervous systems of a person for use as signs of the patient’s condition for classification. The patient’s condition can belong to two classes: “before the attack”, which corresponds to an attack that can occur within a sufficiently short time interval, and “between attacks”, which corresponds to a condition in which the appearance of an attack within a certain time interval is not predicted. In the work, a database of ECG and EEG of 20 patients was used, which was recorded during night monitoring. Comprehensive informational and algorithmic software has been created for a high-resolution electrocardiography and electroencephalography system that allows you to determine and predict subtle manifestations of the electrical activity of the heart and brain in extreme conditions of the body.
The device is an open type device capable of working with a wide range of different inductors in the frequency range from 1 Hz to 20 kHz and magnetic field intensity in two ranges of 1 … 50 mT and 10 … 500 mT.
The results obtained correspond to the world level of research in the development of methods and means of bio-impedance diagnostics, fine analysis of electrocardiograms and encephalograms, multi-channel low-frequency electromagnetic physiotherapy and high-frequency electrosurgery. The introduction of the developed means of multi-channel electromagnetic low-frequency physiotherapy, focused on working with patients who received severe injuries, burns, injuries, psychological shocks, postoperative pain, will significantly increase the effectiveness of physiotherapy procedures. The original types of signals take into account resonance processes in the body, provides an extension of the list of physiotherapy procedures. In conditions of adapted rooms, tents, mobile medical stations, ambulances, the use of electrosurgical devices with increased operational parameters and with the possibility of power supply from both an alternating current main and on-board batteries is relevant. The use of bioimpedansometry can improve the quality of biomedical procedures while reducing the number of staff and the number of consumables. The developed complex information-algorithmic and software for fine analysis of electrocardiogram signals, electroencephalograms, heart rate variability, will increase the sensitivity, specificity and selectivity of diagnosis, and will facilitate the prompt provision of timely adequate medical care.
