DESCRIPTION:
The information-analytical system is based on the use of an apparatus of analysis methods, which are used both by expert assessment and analysis of unstructured data from available sources for a comprehensive study of social disasters, given the incompleteness, inaccuracy, inaccuracy, and transience of information about them. As a result of the work of such a system, scenarios are created to prevent and mitigate the consequences of natural disasters in the context of sustainable development, taking into account complex multi-parameter relationships between elements of the object of study, as well as between the object of study and the environment.

The work corresponds to the world level, and the developed information-analytical prediction system, as well as the created mathematical and methodological support for solving the problems of modeling and mitigating the consequences of social disasters in combination with the text analysis methods of large volumes of unstructured data, have no analogues in the world practice of information technologies.
