MOVEMENT SENSOR

PURPOSE:

The sensor is designed to measure linear displacements and can be used to measure product sizes and displacements of structural elements as part of high-precision equipment for various purposes, combined with a computer.

DESCRIPTION:

The generator type displacement sensor is based on an acoustoelectronic element using surface acoustic waves. Structurally and electrically, the sensor is easily combined with a microprocessor technology, which allows it to be used in control systems of automated equipment. The sensor can be modified according to customer requirements.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

    • the maximum value of the measured displacement, mm: 60;
    • measurement error, microns, not more than: 0.1;
    • operating frequency range of the output signal, kHz: 10 … 400;
    • voltage, V: 5 ± 0.5;
    • range of working temperatures, ° C: -10 … + 60;
    • overall dimensions, mm: 100x85x35.
