EQUIPMENT FOR PRODUCING ECOLOGICALLY PURE MINERAL HUMIN FERTILIZER

PURPOSE:

The development will make it possible to obtain nitrogen-calcium-humic sulfur-containing fertilizers from domestic raw materials and help maintain ecological balance while increasing crop yields by 20-30% and significantly improve the quality characteristics of the product part of the crop.

DESCRIPTION:

The technical idea of ​​the project was developed, experimental samples of fertilizers were made. Field studies of fertilizers and the expected results obtained. The composition of the industrial installation for the production of nitrogen-calcium-humic sulfur-containing fertilizers: granulator; heat generator; dry cyclone; wet cyclones; SIOT driller; granulation center silos; capacity; capacity for CA solution; container for humic substances and impurities; conveyor; packing machine; fans centrifugal pumps; disintegrator. The technical idea of ​​the project was developed, experimental samples of fertilizers were made. Field studies of fertilizers and expected results.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

    • a modular unit designed for the processing of aqueous solutions of sulfate with mineral and humic components, depending on the needs of the consumer;
    • granules with a size of 1.5-4.5 mm make up 90% of the mass.;
    • the strength of the granules of the fraction +2.0 is 10 N / granules;
    • uniform distribution of mineral and organic components.

ADVANTAGES:

The development of technological foundations and equipment for the production of directed humic mineral-humic fertilizers from domestic raw materials will contribute to the solution of an important national economic problem – the conservation and restoration of soil fertility.
