TECHNOLOGY OF PROTECTION OF HEATING ELEMENTS OF HEAT POWER PLANTS FROM ABRASIVE WEAR AND GAS CORROSION

PURPOSE:

For effective protection against abrasive wear and gas corrosion at operating temperatures up to 600 ° С of screen pipes and pipes of economizers of thermal power plants.

DESCRIPTION:

The technology involves the application of economically alloyed electric arc coatings of flux-cored wires of the Fe-Cr-B-Al-Mg system on the surface of screen tubes and pipes of economizers of thermal power plants.
