PROCESSING OF ORGANIC WASTE INTO VALUABLE SUBSTANCES AND MATERIALS

PURPOSE:

Getting liquid products from plant waste.

DESCRIPTION:

Integrated technology for processing plant waste includes the following stages: preparation of raw materials for further processing; targeted processing of raw materials to obtain a specific product; thermal decomposition of residual biomass after the extraction of one or more products; fractionation with a tin of the residue formed after heat treatment to obtain high-purity products; utilization of tin residue, if there is no fractionation stage for a specific customer in the technological process (fertilizers, construction materials, water treatment reagents). On request, a technology for processing specific biomass is offered.

ADVANTAGES:

Unlike the world-known technologies for processing plant waste, which are mostly energy-oriented, this development involves the simultaneous production of several highly liquid products and materials (technical and microcrystalline cellulose, alcohols, furfural, hydroxybenzaldehyde, high-purity SiO2, SiC and Si3 N4).

RECOMMENDED FIELD OF APPLICATION:

Energy. Agriculture. processing industry.

RESULTS OF THE RESEARCH:

Provides consistent results.

STAGE OF THE DEVELOPMENT READINESS:

Tested in trial operation.

TRANSFER OPPORTUNITY:

Collaborative industrialization.

NOVELTY:

1 patent of Ukraine.
