COMPLEX OF TECHNICAL MEANS OF CONTROL AND DIAGNOSTICS OF NUCLEAR ENERGY FACILITIES

PURPOSE:

For operational monitoring of the state and ensuring the integrated safety of nuclear power facilities during the full nuclear fuel cycle.

DESCRIPTION:

The development is a complex of new additional technical methods and system controls and diagnostics based on the measurement of stochastic deviations of technical and anthropo-technical parameters for the current monitored technological process of nuclear power equipment operation and for the appropriate response to violations of the normal operation of radiation and nuclear hazardous equipment, in particular – and, first of all, the equipment of nuclear power plants and related industrial facilities. Technical control and diagnostic systems, as well as rapid response systems are proposed, as derived data must use technogenic and anthropotechnical information, which is processed automatically and is the basis for safety measures.

ADVANTAGES:

The development proposes new additional, scientifically grounded, effective technical devices and relevant recommendations for technological and organizational support of radiation, nuclear and physical (with respect to external impact) safety.
