INCREASING THE RESOURCE OF MINING AND METALLURGICAL EQUIPMENT ON THE WAY OF OVERCOMING THE TRIBOLOGICAL BARRIER

PURPOSE:

The technology is based on the use of friction geomodifiers in triboconjugation to restore parts and increase the service life.

DESCRIPTION:

Developed self-organizing technologies for the surface renovation of resource-defining parts of movable joints, which ensure high reliability and durability of mining and metallurgical equipment without stopping for repair and maintenance work through the use of friction geomodifiers based on natural material. The dynamics of structural formations at the interface of the interface surfaces in the presence of geomodifiers shows that the self-organization of interface systems during development with a geomodifier leads to a reduction in the operating time compared to the base, as well as an increase in the resource of movable interface parts in the mode of operation of machines and aggregates.

ADVANTAGES:

    • a technology was developed and the production of geomodifiers of friction from natural materials – serpentine was organized;
    • a technology and technical conditions for modifying the working surfaces of friction units of mining and metallurgical equipment have been developed. The service life of the equipment has been increased by 3-5 times with a reduction in repair work by 3 or more times without stopping the equipment;
    • a technology has been developed for strengthening critical units of mining and metallurgical equipment (rolling rolls, excavator bucket teeth, crusher armor, turnouts, etc.).

TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC EFFECT:

    • increase in the service life by 2-2.5 times;
    • reduction of repair work by 3 or more times.
