QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM OF BALL BEARINGS SKP-01

PURPOSE:

For quality control of ball bearings with their vibration characteristics and run-out criterion. The urgent need for such systems exists at all enterprises of serial and repair production of the machine-building complex of Ukraine.

DESCRIPTION:

The performance of SKP-01 is up to 30 ball bearings per hour, depending on the research task or the scope of tests. The control system is automated and allows, using special software, to perform multiple monitoring of the bearing condition online. The stand provides monitoring of bearings in a wide range of standard sizes, as well as an assessment of their condition by vibration acceleration and run-on time. It is possible to carry out a special comparative spectral analysis of primary signals in dynamics.

ADVANTAGES:

The SKP-01 system is fundamentally different from known similar systems in an original way of assessing the state of a ball bearing by means of its contactless rotation and contactless axial and radial load using electromagnetic inductors and electromagnetic devices, which makes it possible to eliminate the disadvantages of all known vibration diagnostic systems, where the contact method of rotation always introduces random vibration component and uncertainty.

All design bureaus, serial and repair production of the machine-building complex of Ukraine (aerospace, ground and other industries).
