ENERGY-SAVING TECHNOLOGIES OF PORCELAIN PRODUCTS OF VARIOUS FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE

PURPOSE:

Designed for use by specialized domestic enterprises, provides a significant reduction in energy costs and expansion of the raw material base of production.

DESCRIPTION:

The development embodies the idea of implementing the principles of energy-saving and import substitution in high-energy and material-intensive production of porcelain for various functional purposes. Intensification of sintering and phase formation under conditions of low-temperature porcelain synthesis is provided due to the accelerated formation of the melt, directed regulation of its properties due to the complex chemical modification of the mass compositions and irrigation.

ADVANTAGES:

The advantage of the developed technologies is a decrease in the firing temperature of products: sanitary ware by 50 ° C, household items by 100 ° C and electrical by 200 ° C and the exclusion of frying irrigation compared to existing technologies, as well as the use of alternative mineral raw materials from Ukraine, which determines the effect energy-saving and elimination of dependence of domestic producers on imported raw materials. The developed raw material compositions of masses and jade irrigation are adapted to the most effective and widespread methods of formation in the production of porcelain for various functional purposes. Technological parameters of production ensure the implementation of a full cycle of manufacturing products for household, sanitary-construction and electrical purposes that meet the requirements of current standards.
