PRODUCTION OF HIGH-ENERGY PRODUCTS IN THE PROCESS OF DEEP PROCESSING OF SOLID ROCKET FUEL

PURPOSE:

For the production of various modifications of high-energy bulk and emulsion explosives (ERA), which have high power and low sensitivity to external pathogens. Allows to fully mechanize all operations in the preparation and charging of explosives into mines and the technology of production of elements of a non-electric charge initiation system. Created a mobile automated mini-plant for the production of explosives, incl. with components of solid propellant, with a safe technological process in the ambient temperature range from – 35 to + 60 ° С.

DESCRIPTION:

A risk management system has been developed on the basis of industrial certification of emulsion explosives, including those with TRP components, which ensures technical and environmental safety during their manufacture, transportation, storage and use. Safe industrial technology has been developed for the production of various modifications of new bulk and non-protective patronized high-energy emulsion explosives capable of destroying rocks of any strength and water cut, having low sensitivity to external disturbances; are relatively safe in use, which makes it possible to completely mechanize the operations of loading wells with emulsions and the manufacture of BP. A directive regulation has been developed for the technology of manufacturing emulsions of various formulations at a full-scale TPT disposal facility. An economically efficient and maximally safe technology has been created for the production of elements of a non-electric system for initiating charges of emulsion explosives using high-energy products withdrawn from TRT. A system of industrial certification BP was introduced, with the use of which the developed emulsion explosives were certified, including those with high-energy components TRT.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

    • the productivity of the stationary plant for the production of emulsion explosives: 60,000 t / year;
    • the minimum unit costs 0.8 – 0.94 kg per 1 m3 of rock mass;
    • the minimum volume of toxic gases – 6.6 – 10.7 liters
    • total economic effect: 1.08 UAH per 1m3 of the rock mass (in relation to BP of another brand.

ADVANTAGES:

    • reduction of consumption of emulsion explosives by 15%;
    • reduction of the output of fine fractions of rock mass by 50%
    • toxic gas emission factor: 1.0 – 0.62 compared to other BP grade (7.09)
    • the cost of emulsion explosives is 20% lower than available.

TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC EFFECT:

The total economic effect is UAH 1.08. per 1 m3 of the rock mass (relative to EW of another brand). The cost of explosive explosives per 1 m3 of the rock mass is UAH 3.6 (the same indicator for other brands is UAH 4.68 and UAH 4.56).
