PURPOSE:
To obtain information on the ecological state of the studied areas; determination of the levels of ecological and ecological-genetic danger for humans and biota; identification of priority environmentally dependent diseases; identification of environmentally hazardous areas requiring the development and implementation of reasonable management decisions; development of ecological maps of the studied areas; development of rehabilitation programs to improve the state of the environment and public health.
DESCRIPTION:
A system of ecological and social monitoring has been developed, which allows for a comprehensive assessment of the ecological state of the environment and the health of the population in areas with different levels of technogenic load. Highly sensitive methods of bioindication are used, assessment of the levels of ecological and ecological-genetic danger to humans, as well as forecast and prevention of negative changes in the state of environmental objects and public health.
TECHNICAL AND ECONOMIC EFFECT:

The project has social significance and is used as a tool for a comprehensive assessment of the ecological state of the environment and public health in areas with different levels of technogenic load, assessment of the levels of environmental and ecological-genetic danger to humans, forecast and prevention of negative changes in the state of environmental objects and public health.
