PURPOSE:

The developed machine belongs to devices for mixing bulk materials, namely, vibratory centrifugal mixer.

DESCRIPTION:

The development is based on the task of creating a vibrating centrifugal mixer, in which, by changing the design of the drive mechanism and the configuration of the executive body, a significant intensification of the circulation movement of the processed material is achieved and, as a consequence, an increase in the quality indicators of the initial mixture. Vibrating mixers of such a constructive solution are quite efficient and provide high-quality mixing during operation. This problem is solved by the creation of a vibratory centrifugal mixer, in which the oscillatory and rotational movement of the executive body with a spiral intensifier is provided due to the introduction into the system of Vibration drives and electric motors with independent control.

ADVANTAGES:

The complex implementation of the rotating and oscillatory technological movements of the mixer executive body can significantly weaken the effect of adhesive forces, increase the circulation movement of the material being processed and, as a result, improve the quality indicators of the initial mixture. As a result of the mechanical interaction of vibration, inertial and gravitational effects on the actuator of the mixer and the mass of the product, there is a significant intensification of the mixing process.
