Until December 20, 2021, applications are being accepted for participation in the competition for startups in biomolecular electronics, which is held by the Institute of Molecular Biology and Genetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
The competition will take place in two stages:
- correspondence, during which applications will be evaluated. Participants with the highest scores will be invited to a training on preparing pitch presentation of projects on January 24-25, 2022;
- full-time, the final will be held in Kyiv at the end of February 2022.
The winners will have the opportunity to take part in the Summer School on the Development and Implementation of Smart Devices, which will be held in June 2022 in Germany.
Researchers, innovators, startups and everyone who has an innovative idea or development in one of the areas are invited to participate:
- medical diagnostics;
- environmental monitoring;
- food industry.

The organizer of the competition is the Institute of Molecular Biology and Genetics of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The competition is held within the framework of the BIONANOSENS project funded by the European Union.
