The standard and basic principles for building a digital radio communication system in cities for the needs of the National Police of Ukraine, depending on the characteristics of cities (territory area, number and density of population, relief, etc.), have been determined, and the basis for developing projects for the construction of digital radio communication systems has been formed. . communications in the cities of Ukraine;
- communication was established in urban areas with a probability of establishing communication of at least 95% in the central part, in other areas with a probability of no worse than 90%, in the adjacent territory (3-10 km) – no worse than 70%;
- the operation of subscriber equipment of different manufacturers of one specific radio standard is ensured;
- the operation of base stations of different manufacturers of one specific radio standard is ensured;
- the possibility of communication with subscribers through a departmental telephone network is provided.
