The products are handmade and a supplier of wooden elements lasers these elements with the requested high quality. The owner designs and prints her templates by herself.
One key element of the production is the laminating foil. Actually, the foil is a standard solution that does not fit to the company’s approach. Therefore, a new supplier is sought, who delivers a degradable laminating foil in small numbers and in different sizes and formats. Due to the production process, the clients of the company actually purchase 1-5 product units per order.
Yet, the company has no capacity to order large amounts of semi-finished products and modify it accordingly. Therefore, the start-up is interested in a supplier agreement.
