20 million euros from the EU for Ukrainian startups

As part of the SEEDS of Bravey program, the European Innovation Council will allocate 20 million euros to support Ukrainian startups.

This was reported by the preservation of the Ministry of Digital Transformation.

It is noted that in the framework of the SEEDS of Brary program, € 20 million in support of the Ukrainian technological ecosystem will be allocated from the European Innovation Council.

“Thanks to the project, about 200 Ukrainian startups can receive € 12 million grant financing. In the focus-Deep Tech development,” the report said.

The program provides 5 types of support with the ability to attract up to € 60 thousand to one startup:

  • Innovation Services (up to 10 thousand euros)
  • Entrepreneurship (up to 25 thousand euros);
  • Deep Tech Incubation (up to 25 thousand euros);
  • Rebuilding Ukraine (up to 25 thousand euros);
  • Deep Tech Scale-Up (up to 50 thousand euros).

The ministry adds that now you can join and get a grant of € 10 thousand. This money can be directed to improve a business model, business plan or develop a growth strategy.

In addition, the participants will undergo training to promote projects and enter international markets, as well as the integration of the Ukrainian innovation ecosystem into the European network.
