Ukraine will take part in the international Tech Hackathon Teens in AI 2024 for the first time. Competitions are held in more than 40 countries around the world.
We invite teachers of state and municipal educational institutions to submit teams of 5-6 participants to participate.
Who can participate in the hackathon?
- Teams of 5-6 students aged 12 to 18 years from state and municipal educational institutions.
- Knowledge of English at level B1 and awareness in the field of AI or a thorough knowledge of mathematics/computer science are required for participants.
- Teams must be gender balanced (50% of the team must be girls).
Who can become a mentor?
- Teachers of computer science and mathematics from state and municipal educational institutions who will accompany the participants during the hackathon. Knowledge of English at level B1-B2 is required.
Registration of teams (please fill out information about each team member separately, indicate the educational institution in brackets next to the last name).
The selection of teams will be carried out by the Techhaton Organizing Committee based on the criteria of knowledge of the English language and academic achievements in computer science and mathematics.
Techhacton will take place online on March 8-10. Application deadline: February 2.
#TeensInAI2024 is an opportunity to join the global community of future AI leaders. He will also present his projects at Global Demo Day, where participants will receive prizes.
Important: Since Ukraine is taking part in the event for the first time, the number of teams is limited to 8 (each of 5 participants).
The event is implemented by Teens in AI with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development and the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine.
