The competition is aimed at implementing the Informatization Program for 2020-2024 in its main areas (see Appendix).
- Projects executed by institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine can take part in the competition. Institutions not subordinate to the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine can only be co-executors of the project.
- Only projects aimed at fulfilling the objectives of the Informatization Program of the National Academy of
- Sciences of Ukraine are allowed to participate in the competition. The list of competition problems is given in the Appendix.
- The project must be aimed at completing one or more of the list of competition tasks or parts thereof.
Project financing is determined by the customer of the Informatization Program of the NAS of Ukraine (Presidium of the NAS of Ukraine) only for the current year. - To participate in the competition, the contractor, within the period specified in the advertisement, must submit a Request for the implementation of the project, drawn up in accordance with the request form approved.
6. Priority works for 2024 are:
- maintenance and modification, in accordance with changes in legislation, of functioning systems developed within the framework of the Informatization Program of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine;
- transfer of databases and data processing of systems developed within the framework of the Informatization Program to the cloud environment of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine;
- projects aimed at the development and implementation of cloud and city services to support scientific research, which upon completion of the project should be included in the catalog of services of the national open science cloud, which is being built and will be integrated into the European Open Science Cloud;
- projects to improve the information security of databases of operating systems developed within the framework of the Informatization Program of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine.
Competition period: 01/29/2024 – 02/29/2024.
