Free flow pumps

Purpose. The pumps are designed for pumping liquid mixtures and liquids with hard inclusions.

Specifications. The main parts of the pump (housing, impeller, oil seal housing) are made from steel 20X13, the shaft is steel 45, and the bearing housing is gray cast iron.

Application area. Utilities – contaminated liquids, untreated domestic and industrial wastewater; chemical industry – weak solutions of acids, alkalis with paste additives, liquid solutions with fine coal or sludge, polystyrene balls with water, crystalline suspensions, petroleum products with inclusions, pulp, liquids; pulp and paper industry – liquid fiber, straw and paper pulp, waste paper with water; food industry and agriculture – stillage, cakes, vegetables, fish and bone meal with water, sour milk with curds, puree, liquid poultry offal and organic fertilizers.

Description. Free-flow pumps are electric pumping units based on single-stage free-flow pumps that do not clog. The pumps will pump liquid mixtures, liquids with hard inclusions at temperatures up to 90 °C, with a pH value of 5–13.
