In accordance with the Agreement between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on cooperation in the field of education, the Vietnamese side provides:
- 25 scholarships for higher education at educational levels “bachelor” and “master”;
- 10 scholarships for postgraduate studies;
- 5 scholarships for scientific internship.
The scholarship covers tuition and living expenses for students. Training is conducted in Vietnamese. Students who do not speak Vietnamese can take a 1-year language course.
A list of required documents, a standard application form and a list of Vietnamese institutions of higher education that will accept Ukrainian students.
Applications prepared in accordance with the requirements of the Vietnamese side must be received by the Ministry in electronic and paper formats by June 21, 2024.
In electronic form, scanned documents (PDF format) are sent to the address: olha.kotova@mon.gov.ua. In the subject line of the letter, you must note “Vietnam Scholarships – 2024”.
Documents in paper form are accepted at the address: Beresteysky Ave., 10, Kyiv, 01135, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, Directorate of International Cooperation with a note on the envelope: “Vietnam Scholarships – 2024.”
They can be submitted in two ways:
- send by mail (recipient should be indicated to O.G. Kotov);
- hand over personally.
Only those applicants’ documents are considered that are prepared in accordance with the requirements specified by the Vietnamese side and were received by the Ministry before June 21 inclusive.
