Description. To create a 3D manipulator, a universal programmable optical isolation module (bl mach v1.1) was used to ensure communication between the device and the computer, microcontrollers (TB6560) to control stepper motors, stepper motors of matrix printers, guides for the Z axis are guides from a scanner, and for the X axis – guides from a matrix printer and a power supply used in standard computers. The frame of the mechanism was assembled from chipboard using furniture fittings. Control is provided by a special program (Mach3), which generates signals for stepper motors: – step signal – pulses of the number of motor steps along the X, Y, Z axes; – direction – direction of engine rotation; – enable – permission for controllers to operate.
