Purpose. The unit is designed for heat treatment of concrete and reinforced concrete products (located in closed molds) using: 1) air heated in a solar energy collector or air heater, and the heat of cement hydration; 2) air heated in a solar energy collector, and the heat of cement hydration.
Scope. Construction, manufacturing of concrete and reinforced concrete products.
Advantages. Most methods of solar thermal treatment of concrete and reinforced concrete products are intended for use in hot climates. In the proposed development, the use of solar energy for heat treatment of these products is possible not only in hot climates.
Description. Air is heated in a solar energy collector and directed by a fan through an air duct into a heat chamber, where it heats concrete or reinforced concrete products, is removed from the chamber and again enters the solar energy collector. On cloudy days and in the cold season, an electric air heater is used. The products are in closed molds.
