Vibration platform VPK-1T

Purpose. Highly efficient vibration platform with a controlled unbalance exciter and an inertia-free loader for the manufacture of lightweight concrete products for a wide range of purposes.

Technical properties. The use of the developed vibration platform allows increasing the strength of lightweight concrete products by 40–70%, or saving up to 50% of cement while maintaining the specified strength. Maximum dimensions for the manufacture of products are 3000×1100 mm. Vibration frequency is 30 Hz.

Scope. Construction organizations of various forms of ownership, mainly small and medium in terms of production volume.

Advantages. The VPK-1T vibration platform has significant advantages over existing vibration machines: the specific energy consumption is 0.6 kW, and the material consumption is 0.375 per 1 ton of lifting capacity. The implementation of one controlled vibration platform with an inertia-free loader in production conditions with its use 4 hours a day and the production of 2 m3 of reinforced concrete products during this time will provide savings of 1000 kWh of electricity and 50 tons of cement.

Description. The developed controlled vibration platform allows for the implementation of a fairly wide range of technological processes, which allows it to be used for the production of a wide range of concrete and reinforced concrete products with an effective filler.
