Experts are individuals who have the appropriate qualifications, special knowledge and directly carry out scientific and scientific and technical expertise.
An expert of scientific and scientific and technical expertise has the right: to freely express his personal opinion on expert analysis, scientific and scientific and technical expertise; participate in expert analysis and evaluation of objects at all stages of scientific and scientific and technical expertise; participate in the examination or refuse to participate in it.
In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Scientific and Scientific and Technical Expertise”, the expert is obliged not to disclose the information contained in the expert examination materials, unless otherwise provided by the contract or order for the examination.
To conduct an examination, specialists who are not directly interested in the results of the examination are involved as experts.
The Institute is compiling a list of leading experts who may be required not only to conduct an examination in Ukraine, but also abroad.
In the process of discussing the technological process of the examination, a labor agreement is concluded, upon fulfillment of the terms of which the expert is paid a monetary reward, the amount of which is approved by order of the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine from March 20, 2017 No. 434.
