Automated installations for the neutralization of toxic impurities in liquid waste

Purpose:

The units are recommended for the neutralization of phenols, hexavalent chromium, cyanides, thiocyanates, toxic organic impurities.

The range of pH regulation in automatic mode – from 2.5-3.0 to 11.0-11.5 units, Eh – from – (0.4-0.5) to + (1.1-1.3) V.

Advantages:

For the first time, the oxidation of the reduction of impurities with reagents is used due to the power-law change in the redox potential and the active reaction of water, which makes it possible to carry out the process of neutralizing highly toxic substances in an automatic mode using catalytic reactions without the access of maintenance personnel. The use of installations allows reducing the amount of reagents for neutralization by 40-60%, to ensure complete detoxification of impurities, the safety of technology for workers and the environment.

Description:

Automated stepwise regulation of the redox potential (Eh) and active reaction (pH) of the aqueous medium through a discrete dosage of redox and oxygen reagents is used. If necessary, catalytic processes are used. Adjustment and control of parameters are carried out in automatic mode and are controlled by an industrial controller according to a given program. Automatic pH adjustment area, allowing to neutralize most highly toxic impurities.
