Technologies have been developed for dietary supplements and functional food ingredients of immunotropic action based on compounds of postbiotic origin, intended for use by persons with reduced immunity to fight bacterial and viral pathogens, including SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. In the course of the work, screening of bacterial raw materials as a substrate for obtaining immunotropic substances was carried out and it was determined that it is advisable to use probiotic bacteria for this purpose. Methodological approaches to the destruction of probiotic bacterial cells in order to obtain immunotropic compounds – muropeptides have been developed, their characteristics have been given. The biological activity of the dietary supplement in vivo has been proven, normative documentation has been developed, industrial approbation of the technology has been carried out, and an assessment of the economic efficiency of the developed technology has been given.
